The Villa
Villa "Aeriko" interior creates a welcoming atmosphere. Visitors are impressed by the smart design of the villa, which emphasizes on quality and spaciousness. The ground floor comprises a spacious, light-brighted, fully-equipped kitchen area, a cozy living room with a fireplace and a bathroom. One of the four bedrooms is also found on this floor, boasting great views of the scenery, while the other three bedrooms are found on the second floor, enjoying an amazing view of the breathtaking bay of Souda and the famous White Mountains from the lovely terrace. Each bedroom is fully-furnished and has its own closet. An extra baby cot can be placed in two of the bedrooms as well. The second floor also consists of two more bathrooms with a handy washing machine. The outdoor space is covered in grass (300m²), where a stone garden of native vegetation is also available. There are also two (2) swimming pools of 40m² and 11m², the last of which is suitable for children.

In Akrotiri, the region where the famous movie "Zorba the Greek" was filmed is the Villa Aeriko. In a wild Mediterranean landscape and overlooking the beautiful bay of Souda, the farm of total area 3600 sq m is surrounded by wild vegetation, endemic Cretan herbs, olive trees, citrus trees, tropical plants and a vineyard. The stone building size 180 sqm house has 4 spacious bedrooms which can accommodate up to 9 people.
Enjoy a swim in the pool of 40 sqm overlooking the Aegean Sea. Nearby is the city of Chania with the old city from the time of Venetian and Ottoman occupation to the old Venetian harbor to just 7.5 km. At a distance of 5-10 km you can visit the beautiful beaches Marathi, Loutraki, Kalathas, Stavros and the beautiful bay PSCB port. The airport is just 6 km.

Travel Information
The wide area of Akrotiri offers a complete range of facilities to satisfy all tastes. Its stunning scenery is a must, for those wanting to see a bit more of the real Crete. Several beaches are found within a short distance such as Marathi and Loutraki (5km away), as well as Kalathas beach, Tersanas beach and Stavros beach (10km away). Stavros is also the area where Anthony Quinn filmed the oscar-winning movie "Zorbas the Greek".
At a short distance from Villa "Aeriko", two of Crete's most historical monasteries are located, the Monastery of the Trinity and the Gouverneto Monastery.
